AlastairC: Ah, that makes sense. Well, for work, QA/testing is done by people not involved in the development. For something that we usability test (with people using various technologies), the facilitator wasn't involved in the testing. We grew from a usability based company providing that as a service to other development companies. Now we also do a lot of development ourselves, so have several teams so that people don't test their own work. For reviews conducted in our own time, we don't have the same resource, so have to state how/why/where it was done. I think we're on the same page anyway :) Cheers, -Alastair
