Admittedly, apple does say they don't necessarily monitor the mailing
lists, that they're simply a resource, and only use apple resources.
However, in practice, I see apple folks answering emails all the
time. But your point is well taken. Perhaps it is time to use one
or two of my adc support issues before they run out next month.
