Hank,
Assuming Realplayer is installed:

1. Launch Safari.
3. Go to www.bbc.co.uk/radio7.
4. After the Ching sound, press Ctrl-Opt-i to build an item chooser menu.
5. Type in Listen.
6. Cursor up or down until you hear "Listen Live to BBC Radio 7" then press Return.
7. Press Ctrl-Opt Spacebar to click the link.

At this point there should be a delay and then the stream will start. You may also see an error dialog about a missing plug-in that has nothing to do with the audio stream.

I got BBC Radio 7 to work with Real player. THe computer may throw an error message but the stream does play.
