Not too far I do not think. There is a tendency to equate compatibility with IE and JAWS as shorthand for being accessible. As the fringe of the fringe, it is something of our responsibility to keep others dialog about web accessibility honest. Is the site easier to use with VoiceOver? Does the site return results that are reasonably accessible to VoiceOver?
