The best solution for this I have seen comes from Microsoft which has a recording of the letters and numbers which you can hear should you be unable to read the screen .
This of course leads us to the whole idea of web pages as places of business. If they are, and I believe them to be so, then doing these sorts of things would be illegal as you are in effect creating an inaccessible business location. Greg Kearney
