If you're tired of not having a message client for the mac, try ichat.
It works with aim, jabber, and others. It won't do msn, but if you don't
have an msn id, then that's not a limitation. It's completely
accessible, and comes with tiger.
Fire supports msn, that's the reason folks are using it. I'd wager ichat
could be made to support msn with some fancy scripting, but I don't have
msn, have no intention of getting one, and therefore have no desire to
embark upon such a project.
