Instead of having to start a new session every time you want to
hijack and/or record with that device or application, you can just
interact with the table and go to the session and stop interacting.
Then you don't have to set up everything all over again. If you have
a bunch of sessions you don't want--when I first discovered how the
window worked even without the session labels I found I had
inadvertently created a lot of "no application selected" sessions and
duplicate sessions for apps) go through and delete them. You can of
course have more than one session for an app or device and name them
appropriately and have different setups. For insance, I have sessions
for different radio station settings with radioshark.
