Some years ago I brought this problem of their web page when using
unix/linux based text only browsers, such as lynx the cat, to the attention
of rfb.  I was met with disinterest.  I had persisted and reached the
management level person who was in charge of doing the web page.  They
outsourced it and tested it with blind folk, all using windows of course
and he was satisfied and indicated no interest in doing anything else.  It
was clear that he also only knew windows and had no understanding of the
problem, even when I did a screen capture and showed him the mess that
appears in text only browsers.  He was to consult with the company doing
the page development but no more was heard and he did not return calls.
He seemed surprised I had managed to reach him on the phone in the first
place.
