In addition to what Tim has already explained, you can also purchase
a wide variety of voices in other languages from:
www.acapela-group.com
If you need to switch between two languages rapidly within one
document, a way of doing this is to set the system voice to the non-
English voice, then highlight the text you want spoken in the other
language and use the Say command. I've found this to be the most
efficient way of doing things.
