That's what I'm thinking about doing. If 1. just a little more
versions are having same problem, then I'm not likely to get this 2.1
version, or a 2.4 version going.
I know it's a drag to get started on an install then meet up with
everything dimmed except "back>."

i checked software updates and it says my computer has none at
