I think a podcast is the way to go. I would like to learnhow to
usse it myswself.

I'll comment on Juice, I tried it several months ago. It can be
used, but its got its own set of navigation issues. If you take
the time to work with it, it'll do, I chose to use a simple
script, but would am willing to try other software as well. Not
everyone wants or is comfortable with scripts, so find what
works and use it.

you should be able to subscribe itunes feeds in any podcatcher
client
I used to do that with juce 2.0 on windows
not sure if the mac is different.

On the contrary, I host one. There are a few podcasts which
only offer iTunes feeds. I thought I made that pretty clear
in my message. Most podcasts you can subscribe using any
podcast catcher you like, but there are some that only have
the specialized iTunes feeds. *smile*
