What about the busy signal issue? where would that fall? As I posted  
recently, I do realize that isn't only a vo issue as I've seen posts  
on other lists about the "spinning beachball" which I think must be  
the same thing as what we experience with the busy signals but I'd  
sure like to see that controlled better in some way.
