For creating the podcast I use a variety of software. For interviews I use
Skype or record via a connection to my phone jack with SoundStudio. If
using Skype for interviews, I record the actual audio with Audio Hijack.
For editing I use Sound Studio. it works quite well. However, I've got a
bit of vision and therefore use the magnification on the Mac and not too
many of the VO keys. It works though from what I've heard.
For uploading I've tried a variety of things but Terminal works the best.
Millage may vary!

You need to realize that iTunes offers the option of buying music. For
me, going to a music store isn't an accessible experience and I frankly
don't want to pay the extra cost to have CD's shipped to me. Maybe there
are other accessible music purchasing options on the net but iTunes is
far and away recognized as one of the best. Also, its very easy to find
and subscribe to podcasts I think. So, yes, as a blind person I want
iTunes accessibility!!!

I don't honestly think that ITunes support is that important. Okay I'll
admit i was more than a little surprised when Voice Over didntt work
with Apple's ITunes - one of its trademark products, but well do we
really need it - I've deleted it from my mac.

in the mac news websites and a few podcasts on coverage of Steve Jobs
wwdc keynote they say nothing about the new accessability.
I was glad to see this news about a improved voice over i guess this
will be 2.0 version.
That is super cool though in having the ceo of a major company like
this demo such a small nich highly important feature like this. Doubt
others would be as berave or thoughtful hint ms.
It would also be great of Apple if they did another beta test program
for leopard accessaibility like they did for tiger voice over version
1.
From what I heard and read about the leopard features that were being
reported on I was not very impresed and thining I might pass on it,now
I am excitied with the new updated accessaibility. I hope itunes will
be much more useable this time around and we will able to access the
itunes store with vo.
