The reason that the numbers would be helpfull is that as you move  
through the radio buttons, you could keep better track.  If the radio  
buttons are labeled, I do not see the labels.  When ever I've  
encountered this type of lay out, I do not see the labels unless I  
use table nav commands which are awkward at best.
