New Chat Client on Cjoyinternet Radio

Cjoyinternet Radio, and owner/manager, Darryl Breff, uses the TC5 Web 
Conference software from Talking Communities.  I tried to download it 
on my Mac, but it's not, as yet, compatible with VoiceOver.  For one 
thing, once it's installed, it will ask you to choose a default program 
to open the application.  I tried opening it with Safari, but nothing 
doing.  If anyone here, who worked closely with Talking Communities to 
develop this software, is on this list, would you please send me 
instructions on how to get TC5 to open by perhaps using Safari as the
