If you want accessible, make accessible. If you want compliance to a
theory, take it up with User Agent Manufacturers. There are
techniques suggested that would not break accessibility. One must
remember that VO is basically showing us what Safari would show
someone and while it's not perfect, it does lend its self to some
interesting and helpful options. I did not try element nav on the
form. I also did not try using group items in web pages on the form
but when I have tried that option in other instances, the busy signal
makes interacting with pages counter productive for me.
Instead of telling me about my lack of facility with the english
language, why not just stick to the business at hand. My last
message contends that the contents of my side of this discussion is
not technical but from a user perspective. I know accessible when I
see it and all I can say here about the form is that it is not
accessible. If a standard does not produce accessibility, it is the
standard which is broken.
Yes, someone else on this list mentioned that they had trouble with
other browsers with forms like this. It will be interesting to see
what questions arise for this discussion as a result of the release
of the next Mac Os.
