Hi

What exactly does 32 and 64 bit mean?

Also, according to the Mac Review Cast, the Tiger OS is half and half.

So I am only assuming that Leopard will support the Mac Books and I books.

As i say I'm not to boehterd about the 64 bit thing as I don't even know what it is, i am more interested in the VO features and others such as the Time Machine and Spaces etc.

Thanks folks

Best Wishes

James

I was just wondering, will leopard be compatible with
the iBook G4 Apple Macintosh computer?

Yes. I am curious to see if they will support G3.

I ask as apparently Leopard is a sixty four bit operating system,
and I am not sure if the iBook will work

Well, the first generation Intel Macs are 32 bit only too, so your
question isn't really only about the G4. Seamless 32/64 bit support
and endianness are surmountable challenges when when the OS developer
controls the hardware (to tie this to another current thread).
