Hi Richie,
Kevin has gotten back to you, but I can tell you the Ventrillo works well with VoiceOver. It's easy to configure. A few controls are not labeled, but it's easy to figure out what they are. The only other "issue" I had, and perhaps Kevin can suggest a solution, is selecting the hot key for your microphone. If you try to do this with VO, the key action to move from the edit box results in one of the VO keys becoming your microphone hot key.
