Tim, I'm experiencing the same problem she is. Seems just by
navigating to the AirPort icon that reports the current signal
strength, there is a pause of a few seconds before it reports the
number of bars. This was not the case in teh past so not sure what
Apple changed that would impact the situation. I am not sure if its
updating and VO can't report immediately the status or what, but its
a little annoying and that's all.
