CanoScan VO Installer (third try)

Well let's try this again. I never figured writing installers for  
scanner should be so much work. Cheryl, thanks for the screen shots  
unfortunatly the CanoScan Toolbok error dialog provides little in the  
way of any help.

Anyway here is yet another attempt at putting all the files in the  
right place to get this to work.
