installing Omni Page

OK, I'm probably missing something, but I can't get passed the language 
selection in the Omni Page Prox setup.  Voiceover says that the English 
radio button is selected, but when I go to the continue button and hit 
vo keys+space to press the button, Voiceover says something like press, 
continue button, but the setup doesn't actually continue.  If I hit 
control+option+shift+f5 to move the mouse to the button, Voiceover says 
that it's unable to move the voiceover curser to the item under the 
mousel.  What do I need to do to continue with the installation?
