who do I email to get itunes accessible and garage band accessible?

Send an email to Apple Accessibility <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Do not count on a reply, but that email apparently does get read.

And, if you want to put on pressure, sign up as a free online ADC member here: http://developer.apple.com/ (this will make you a registered Mac developer) and once you become a member file an official bug report for whatever Apple program you have an issues with here: https://bugreport.apple.com/ Be sure to be specific as to what does not work and why it is important to you that that particular aspect of the program should work. Statements such as "iTunes is not accessible" won't get you very far. You need to explain what about iTunes is not accessible for you and why that functionality is important for you as a blind or vision impaired person. Filing bugs is quite a bit of work, but it makes a real difference if a development team is confronted with a numerious bugs about the same issue. It will make it harder for engineering or management to ignore such issues.
