There's an unmarkked button for deleting and adding signatures. one
for eah that is. if you are tabbing, the one for deleting iis the
second one you ccome to. if there is no signature or you are not
sitting on one, there is only one button.

In the signature dialog in mail preferences, you should be
able, under the accounts tab, be able to edit the name of the
signatures. I kno it was a pain in the butt to get the signatures
set up, but I think if you tab passed the accounts table, there
should be an edit box with the current signature name you can change.
