Now I am really not happy so I hope there is an explanation for this. You all will remember that I finally had to take this scanner to compusa just to install the driver. well, I just forked over the money for the omnipage upgrade and downloaded the package. I clicked on the setup and got "button". No matter how I try to press that button, nothing further happens; I just sit on the button. On top of that, this site is one of those that traps you with a survey when you make your purchase before you even see whether your purchase wnet through. I'm not happy!!!
