fast scrolling kills VO:

Hi All,

There are several instances since I began using my MacBook black,  
when VO has gone silent and nothing brings it back except to turn it  
back on again from universal access in system prefs.  i have pinned  
one of them to fast scrolling in safari.  What I mean is this, set  
your repeat rate high, set your repeat delay low, open safari to a  
long page, from the top of the page, press and hold control-option- 
down arrow.  This should cause VO to leave and not even come back  
when the system is rebooted but you find that the only way to restore  
it is to turn it back on in universal preffs.

I seem to recall some mention of behavior of this type from others  
where VO will go silent instead of gracefully recovering.  As I  
remember it, there is no crash record of this either.  Any thoughts  
short of "don't scroll so fast"?  I've my cursors tethered to one  
another.
