I've already put in my two cents on this program with the developers. I'd encourage anyone who would be interested to do the same. It is a very good program, but can use some accessibility tweaks and they are interested in doing so, but its a matter of time and ease of implementation I guess.

Hi all, I found a program, made by the same people who created audio hijack pro, called fission. This program can be used for basic audio editing, such as spliting audio files. I was thinking I might use it to create ring tones, it is not very expensive for that sort of thing. It seems pretty accessible so far, but I can't figure out how to set a selection in the song, in order to crop, or copy and paste it elsewhere. Never mind, just figured it out. You know, besides the unaccessible set selection dialog, the accessibility of this program with VO is pretty excellent. If you are looking for the above functions, take a look at fission. Definitely read the keyboard shortcuts section of the manual. Has anyone looked into any other programs made by Rogue Amoeba? It would be pretty cool if the place where audio is displayed in sound studio worked the same way as the one in fission. This one will tell you the position of the play head cursor, as well as any other items that may be in the audio view area, such as Amoeba?
