Hi Holly,
To import the whole folder into iTunes:
1. Choose "Add to Library" from the File menu or press cmd+o.
2. Press cmd+2 ensure you are in List mode.
3. Navigate to the Outline and Interact with it.
4. Navigate to the folder you wish to add.
5. Stop Interacting with the Outline.
6. Navigate to the Choose button and press it.
The entire contents of the folder will be brought into your iTunes
Library. Note, this will not work if in the iTunes Preferences, you
do not have the item checked that automatically copies all music into
your iTunes Library
