Hi.  You can't use the normal headset mics that have a standard mic  
jack.  As for editing, I'm not yet doing any editing on the mac.  I  
transfer the file over to windows, and edit it there.  I'm looking  
for something on the mac to do editing.  I've played a little bit  
with fision, and it looks promising.
