i dot know anything about programming i admit but isn't it a cas of just
switching the control in VO from custom to list view?
also how does one program in coco? is it likec plus plus, or is there a
wizard-style interface to hlep you program an application?

The reason for this is that the author didn't use a standard Cocoa
control he used a custom control. Too bad it is almost VoiceOver
compatible. Custom controls a BAD BAD BAD!
