do you have all 3 plugs on your sound card used? front speaker rear and sub
speaker plugged in?
I show 3 plugs on my card not 8

They all come together but the subwoofer and the satellites are all
separate parts. the speakers all plug into the back of the subwoofer and
there is a connection for front, back and subwoofer going from the back of
the subwoofer to the corresponding jack in my sound card. So that means
basically there's a column of eight jacks on the back of my subwoofer, pus
the power cord and the attachment of the little control unit.
