Just to let you know her wireless has now been sorted. It turned out
that her Windows laptop was not configured to connect to the wireless,
but rather connect via a virtual private network, which shouldn't have
been the case. So far it seems to be quite reliable. Thanks all for the
help regarding VPN's and macs. I greatly appreciated it. Thanks again.
