Apple Iphone?

Hi all,
Maybe this has already been discussed on this list, but i have not been 
subscribed for a little while. Is it correct that the new mobile phone from 
Apple will run some smaller version of Mac Os X?
If so, does anyone know if VoiceOver is available also when the phone is going 
to be released?
