Changes in Daylight Savings Time

Beginning in 2007, the clocks will spring forward, beginning March 11, 
and fall back on the first Sunday in November, which would be Novemberr 
4.  If our clocks are set, according to our regional time zones, (and 
mine is), will the computer reflect that change, or do we have to do it
