ogg to mp3

Ok, I know this is a tad nuts, but I have some ogg vorbis files I  
would like to convert to mp3 in order to play them on my Ipod  
Shuffle. Has anyone got any ideas beyond playing them through Vlc and  
recording them with Audio Hijack?
