I would think Skype would be the way to go.  It would just be a matter 
of letting everybody know when the even will take place, and I don't 
know if one can set up a permanent meeting room on Skype, but this 
would be an opportunity to meet there, if we can.  Another possibility, 
(and I would have to research it thoroughly) would be with iChat,
