Hi James. How are you running it?
Mine is a 60 not a 70 and I don't know what differences there might be, but the third button from the left on the scanner should be the pdf button and if you press that the window you get should be accessible; you click 'next" to scan another page and add it to the same pdf file and "finish" if done; then it takes you into finder to the directory where the pdf file is. when you click "next" or "finish" use ctrl-option-shift-space.
