If you mean by this will windows be controllable via VoiceOVer the  
answer is no, nor will it likely ever work. There is no Cocoa  
interface in windows for VoiceOver to read. So while you can control  
the MacOS application Parallels you will not be able to navigate  
Window without a windows screen reader installed.
