If you have VisioVoice, you can highlight the contents of the e-mail
and do ctrl+shift+c and it will be read to you. VisioVoice includes
rapid voice switching:
ctrl+shift+number
So, even if you have several different languages, you can set them in
VisioVoice and just pick the appropriate one for a given e-mail or
any other piece of text for that matter.
