Hi a couple of things to try. This may seem obvious but...
1. are you routing your mouse cursor to the price before clicking?
2. are you signed into the store. It should bring up a dialog asking
you to sign in.
3. you can only buy individual songs and tv shows not entire albums
and seasons.
4. in preferences one click needs to be turned on. We cannot use the
shopping cart.
Other than this I don't know. I do know it works though as I've
gotten it to work several times.
