Interestingly, you can almost do it via the web from www.mac.com - however 
if you find your way to the account setup page (not easy since there are 
unlabeled image links along the way), and then click on the right unlabeled 
image to get to the credit card setup page, your confronted with a set of 
radio buttons to choose the card type. These have no title attribute, and no 
associated HTML label. They have included labels for the sighted folks, but 
these are images with no altText. The only way you can find out which radio 
button corresponds to which card type is to look at the HTML source
of the page.

So, we have at least two ways to add credit card info to an iTunes account, 
one via the iTunes interface and one via the web. Both are inaccessible, 
unless you know how to read HTML source code.

Apples, you should know better. This isn't rocket science.

Hey Rich. Unfortunately, you're gonna need a  sighted assistant. WhatI did
was to have a very, and I mean very trusted friend log onto my account and
ask me the questions via telephone and fill everything out  for me. It only
took like 3 minutes and  we were done.
