That's fine if you're happy to boot, reboot and boot again.  Fine if  
you don't need to share data cross-platform.  Or if you're willing to  
sacrifice performance by using FAT32.  It doesn't suit me, I must  
admit.  And Parallels is working perfectly well once configured.
