Accessible HTML editor

Hi all.  Does anybody happen to know of an HTML editor for MacOSX  
which is accessible?  I'm talking about an editor which allows the  
creation of buttons and so on, not just hypalinks.  I don't see any  
way of doing this in TextEdit,.  In fact, the only editor for MacOSX  
I know which is capable of doing it is IWeb, which is totally  
inaccessible still I think.  That's a shame, because from what I've  
had described to me, it's a damned powerful piece of software.
