All  you have to do is to enter all the information in the required 
fields.  If you already have a DotMac account, your user name is your 
Apple ID.  For example, [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Then you enter your password. 
If you can't think of a pasword, you can request one to be created for 
you, and you will get a confirmation e-mail from DotMac.  Both my Macs 
are registered with Apple, when I signed up for my DotMac account.
