Yes, I use it regularly. There are two podcasts on the Assistive-ware
site demonstrating its use.
The multi-lingual support is the most impressive, and my
girlfriend will definitely be interested in it for that.
I use it to read French when I'm working in English, and English when
I'm working in French. If you look through the Macvisionary archives,
you'll find a number of posts on this subject.
