No, the initial convesion is done into MP3 with the program I am u sing under Windows, then I convert those to AAC with iTunes. Under Windows, I can select any valid Sapi voice. I'd rather do this under Mac OSX, however, and look forward to trying out one of the programs Greg recommended.
