Here's hoping Greg pulls off a miracle, it would not be the first time. Anyone on this list will tell you I am an Apple fanboi, but my best guess is that there is a Windows XP machine, Jaws, and about 80 hours of custom scripting in your near future. That is, if you want to stay gainfully employed. The good news is that none of that should cost you nor your employer a dime. Gosh I hope Greg proves me wrong, but I cannot imagine a company that is so careless with their web site cares a damn about making their bread and butter application accessible.
