Dear List: I am a former ALVA employee from the US. ALVA BV properties were purchased by Optelec approximately 3 years ago. Optelec continues the development of all ALVA Braille Product Hardware.
The problem people need to understand that Outspoke stoped suppor with Windows 95. So users who need support for the newer OS will not be able to get this to work.
