Hi Ed. I can only speak from my own experience. I placed an international call to speak to them. They demonstrated a complete lack of interest in my issues. So if you get any further, good luuck! If you get a refund out of them, you did better than I. UK law states that a software distributor is exempted from the general rule whereby a customer has a grace period in which they can change their mind if the product isn't to their liking or doesn't suit their requirements. Software is governed by different rules because once a package is opened, you're deemed to have accepted the license agreement and, therefore, forfeit your right to return. So you have to be very very careful with software purchases. Speaking as someone who has been caught lik this a couple of times, I understand and share your frustration. Toast is actualy a very good product for the visual user. Which makes its lack of accessibility and the apathy of its developers all the more frustrating. So again, good luck.

Oh Come on!. Is that the way they think? When I called support, I asked them if they can send some preference p list files with those settings, so I can drop them in the preferences folder in the library users folder. They said no. So I told them that they just lost a customer, and I am going to take the program back. I talked to the salesmen at the apple store about this, and he said that he will try to get a hold of them, and during that time if we don't get any resolts I will get my refund. Don't they care about their customers? I guess not.!Let them try to run their program with Voiceover, and they will see what we are talking about.!And Yes! I will use the program on 2 machines if they want to think that way.!
