So is it safe to say that the Weather Widgets take the zip code from 
the nearest, major city in your area?  For example, the zip code in my 
area is 99508, which encompasses the Anchorage and surrounding area.  
In the case of Anchorage, we have two, offficial weather reporting 
stations--Ted Stevens International Airport, and Merril Field, which is 
just fifteen minutes from my area of town. I live near Elmendorf Air
