Gabe,
As I understand it the Windows partition is just another volume, so I don't think it would be a problem for storage. However, if it's formatted in NTFS, you will have trouble writing to that volume from the Mac. As far as actually running aps from that partition...there's where you might run into trouble with NTFS, when the program might need to write to the partition.

ok so I was hard up for space on my interal little 60gb hard drive and I deleted the files I didn't need on my windows partion in bootcamp. so i have nothing but mac apps on the partition but I don't have enough room on the mac partition to move them over to put them as one partition. if i do this, will I loose my files on that windows partition. they're mac apps. *cries* please help.
